Lone Star Realty was formed in Wichita Falls in 1999, specializing in HUD, VA, and bank owned properties.  We have expanded our portfolio to include residential, commercial, farm and ranch property, and property management services.  We represent buyers or sellers in Seymour, Texas and the surrounding areas.  We are members of the Metrotex Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and NTREIS multiple listing service.   

Chris Jakubicek, owner and principal broker, attended Midwestern State University and has been a practicing real estate professional since 1985.  He is experienced in all facets of real estate and has worked in several markets.  He is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Seymour, where he serves as a lector and as a member of the pastoral council.  He received Volunteer of the Year award from Baylor County 4-H in 2014.

Jeff Groves received a bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture and a Master of Agriculture degree from Texas Tech University.  He retired after 32 years with the Soil Conservation Service / NRCS, and has extensive working knowledge and experience with grazing lands and cropland, as well as government programs.  He is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Seymour.
Larry Burnett joined Lone Star Realty in 2001.  Larry has extensive experience in residential sales as well as Farm / Ranch valuation and marketing.  Larry is a member of the First Baptist Church of Seymour and is President of the Seymour Housing Authority Board of Directors.
